Rooted in the textile heritage of Prato, we see sustainability as a shared creed: a combination of values, responsibility, and community that guides every choice we make. It means carrying forward tradition renewed through innovation, where craftsmanship meets conscious responsibility. It means reducing our footprint while creating workplaces where people can grow, and building collaborative relationships with suppliers who are not just partners but part of a community of trust and friendship.

We hold international certifications such as GRS, RWS, RAS, RMS, OEKO-TEX, and European Flax, which confirm the reliability of our processes. But for us, these are only the baseline—the sine qua non of accountability. True sustainability goes further: it lives in our culture, in the integrity of our supply chain, and in the conviction that every fabric we produce should embody quality, respect, and care for both people and the planet.

From Values to Fabrics

CircloWool^® is the clearest expression of this vision. Developed entirely by alfa-fi, it is a premium recycled wool made from both pre-consumer waste (production leftovers) and post-consumer waste (end-of-life garments, returns, etc).

Thanks to our proprietary FiberPot™ process, no dyes are added: colors are created by blending pre-dyed fibers from their previous life cycles, resulting in unique and reproducible shades. CircloWool^® retains all the natural qualities of virgin wool softness, thermal insulation, natural flame resistance, wrinkle and odor resistance, while dramatically reducing its footprint:

Produced entirely in Prato, it is GRS-certified and fully traceable, in partnership with mills and finishers who have signed the alfa-fi Commitment.

Colour without Compromise

With FiberPot™, we have redefined color itself. By blending the natural shades of recycled fibers without any chemical dyes, we obtain authentic and reproducible tones with a zero chemical footprint proof that creativity and responsibility can go hand in hand.

Zero Km, Zero Waste

Our Zero Philosophy brings together Zero Km and Zero Waste. Zero Km because all our trusted suppliers, many of them partners for generations, are based within 10 km of our facilities, forming not only a supply chain but a community of values and friendship that reflects the spirit of the Prato district. Zero Waste because every production scrap is reintroduced into the cycle, ensuring that nothing is discarded but everything is regenerated.

Powered by the Tuscan Sun

Finally, we generate 100% of the energy we use through our own photovoltaic plant, turning the Tuscan sun into clean power for our production and demonstrating that sustainability can also mean self-sufficiency.
